COVID 19 protocols
As we are all aware the current COVID-19 pandemic has meant that we are doing things differently now but we want to let you know that we are doing everything we can to ensure that your campervan is as clean as we can possibly make it for you.
Cleaning
Our cleaning procedures have always been to a high standard, but we now need to add an extra element over and above the normal cleaning to ensure and provide you with the confidence that everything has been done with your health and safety in mind during this pandemic.
When the campervan has been returned from previous customers, we will set the campervan aside for 4 hours to allow fresh air to circulate and ventilate by opening all windows and doors before we start the cleaning inside the campervan.
We will vacuum through the campervan and wash floor mats.
All interior surfaces will be cleaned with warm soapy water.
Subsequent disinfection of all surfaces using a commercial grade Virucidal and Baterical chemical cleaner which complies to EN1276 and EN14467 standards This product is a broad-spectrum formulation effective against a range of pathogenic viruses and bacteria, one of which is Coronavirus (BCoV) Particular attention will be given to all touch points such as control panels, light switches, door handles, kitchen and fridge surfaces.
Removal of all crockery and cookware for washing at high temperature in our dishwasher.
Removal of bed and kitchen linen for washing on minimum 60 degree cycle.
A fresh cleaning pack will be provided in the vehicle for each hire customer and will include the virucidal cleaner, microfibre cloths and hand sanitiser. We respectfully ask customers to maintain cleanliness standards within the vehicles while they are on hire.
Campervan pickup/handover
Due to current social distancing guidelines we would ask that all customers contact us prior to their arrival giving us notice of the time of their arrival, this way we can plan and comply with the social distancing guidelines and always with your health and safety in mind.
